Hours: Flexible (Minimum 10 hours per week, with the opportunity to take on additional hours based on your availability and interest)
Compensation: $14-$22 per hour + performance-based incentives/bonuses

We specialize in unique, interactive classes such as English as a Second Language, life skills (gardening, cooking, baking, sewing), and social skills through storytelling, arts, crafts, and more.

Your Role

As an online teacher, you will:

• Lead Interactive Lessons: Deliver engaging classes tailored to students’ needs and interests.
• Foster Growth: Create a supportive, inclusive environment that inspires learning and personal development.
• Build Confidence & Connections: Help students develop empathy, teamwork, and communication skills through fun, hands-on activities.
• Share Your Expertise: Use your knowledge and skills to teach practical, creative, and enriching life lessons.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking educators who are:

✔️ Experienced in teaching online or in-person in areas such as English language education, life skills, social skills, or creative arts.

✔️ Knowledgeable and skilled in your teaching field (e.g., gardening, cooking, ESL, etc.).

✔️ Certified or hold relevant degrees (e.g., TEFL/TESOL, culinary certifications, or degrees in education).

✔️ Creative and energetic, with a passion for making learning fun and engaging.

✔️ Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Zoom and other online platforms.

✔️ Reliable and organized, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality classes.
