Our founder, Ivonmarie Senquiz, saw first-hand the challenges and opportunities of language learning throughout her life. Growing up in a Puerto Rican family in sunny Florida, she witnessed how language could be both a bridge—and, at times, a barrier—between people, cultures, and dreams. In traditional classrooms, she noticed that many students, especially those learning a second language or navigating new environments, often felt invisible, anxious, and disconnected.
As an educator, mentor, and lifelong learner, Ivonmarie knew that academic success is only part of the equation.
